Gender empowerment is a cross-cutting pillar in all our work. We believe there is no climate justice without gender justice. We empower young women and men with green skills, leadership training, and entrepreneurship support to become agents of change in their communities.
Through mentorship, advocacy and access to opportunities, we close the gender gap in climate action and agriculture.
Our focus: Green skills training, Women in agriculture, Youth leadership, Entrepreneurship
